You can do it online just pop in your policy number and email address below. You’ll find your policy number in the email we sent when you bought your policy.

Can’t find your policy number or not sure which email you used? No worries just give our friendly claims team a call and they’ll help you get started.

If you're claiming for something else, or if you'd prefer to use a paper form, you can download one by clicking the "Download claim form" button below.

The form can be filled out on your computer and emailed to us at claims@ergo-ias.co.uk or if you’d rather send it by post, that’s absolutely fine too!
